Brew a capsule of ICE INTENSO over 1 tsp of fresh or dried lavender into a glass.

Let the infuse for 2 minutes before straining it into a shaker and adding one ice cube. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously.

Add 4 ice cubes and a slice of lemon into your glass, then pour 15 ml of vanilla syrup, 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and 100 ml sparkling water. Stir gently.

Pour the cold coffee on top and garnish with a fresh sprig of lavender.
