HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE?
Extract a 25ml Ristretto Nespresso Professional
Pour into the shaker the ristretto dose, 40ml premium vodka, 20ml premium coffee liqueur, a little sugar syrup for balance, and a pinch of salt
Close the shaker and shake vigorously
Strain the contents of the shaker and serve your cocktail straight up in the chilled glass
If desired, garnish with a bit of cinnamon or chocolate. For additional complexity and aromas, you can use flavored syrup (e.g., almond, hazelnut, or chocolate) or the aromatic varieties Caffé Caramello, Caffé Nocciola and Caffé Vanilio from Nespresso Professional.
