Brazilian Arabica. The unwashed Arabicas from Brazil lend a malty note to this coffee.
ROASTING
A short, dark roast brings out the best of each coffee in this Arabica blend. The first split is composed of Latin American Arabicas, including Brazil, and it gets a medium roast for balance. The over-caffeinated Guatemalan Arabica is roasted separately to develop intensity.
